Many of our students struggle with difficulties regulating their emotions. It can be difficult to help young children and impaired populations learn to understand their self-regulation abilities. In this webinar, participants will learn about emotional regulation and the body's capacity to self-regulate. An early learner curriculum, Program I will be provided and reviewed with a focus on introducing self-regulation concepts and the use of tools to self-regulate. Program II will introduce a more advanced curriculum including building a repertoire of self-regulation strategies, understanding emotions and body reactions to dysregulation, recognizing triggers, and helping children develop a greater understanding of how using self-regulation tools can benefit them.

This webinar has been PRE-RECORDED to view at your convenience.
